Europe’s Top iOS Self-Therapy & Journaling Apps in Q1 2024

In the first quarter of 2024, self-therapy and journaling applications on the iOS platform have seen varied performance across Europe. Sensor Tower's data showcases how these apps are faring in terms of downloads, revenue, and user engagement.

Me+ Daily Routine Planner started the quarter with strong revenue at around $70K, but saw a downward trend, ending March at approximately $26K. Downloads also decreased from 141K in the first week of January to 26K in the last week of March. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at 432K early in the quarter and dipping to 328K towards the end.

Productive - Habit Tracker showed a slight decline in revenue from $16K to $5K by the end of the quarter. Downloads experienced a drop from 36K to 4.5K, and weekly active users decreased from 122K to 49K.

Pulsebit: Heart Rate Monitor maintained a more stable revenue, starting at about $10K and ending the quarter at $13K. Downloads saw a significant spike in mid-February with 27K but fell to around 5.6K by the end of March. Weekly active users showed a peak of 113K mid-quarter before settling at 91K.

Breeze: Mental Health saw its revenue fluctuate, peaking at nearly $30K in mid-January and ending at around $24K. Downloads had a slight uptick towards the end of the quarter, reaching 13K. Active users started at 54K and saw a gradual increase to 43K.

I am - Daily Affirmations experienced a decrease in revenue from $25K to $10K. Downloads began at 24K and showed a downward trend, ending at 6K. Weekly active users started at 72K and declined to 45K by the quarter's end.
